Ashendon Parish Council are inviting budding artists (of all ages) to create an Ashendon Parish Council logo for its new website. Entries can be in any state of finish and any format including for example: a concept sketch or fully finished design, on paper, computer, photograph or even a written description. The winning entries will be recreated, as necessary, to a suitable finish, format and size for the new website. Ideas are also welcome for a website header image to complement the logo design. As well as the pride in being part of the important community facility, the winner will be presented with a display replica of their design.

The new website, launching in late Spring, will make communication, information, minutes and agendas more easily accessible to everyone in the community.

Entries to be submitted by Sunday 24th April 2016, so that they can be ‘judged’ as the Annual Village Meeting on Monday 25th April.

Please send your entries, together with your name and contact details to:

By email: to the Clerk at ashendonpc@gmail.com subject: Logo competition.

By hand: in a sealed envelope to any Parish Councillor: Les Curtis, Sian Miller, Kevin Nash, Chris Rand, Peter Smettem – marked: Logo competition. This will be passed to the Clerk unopened.
